At this time, we only ship to the United States. We do not ship to APO and FPO boxes. We do not ship outside the U.S. currently.
Delivery + Processing times
Once your order is placed, it generally takes us 1-3 business days to process and pack. For orders to the 48 contiguous states, shipping generally takes 3-5 business days. Shipping can take longer -- roughly 7-10 business days -- if you are outside contiguous United States, i.e., Alaska and Hawaii. These shipping times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Please see our Terms of Service for details.
Business Days + Holidays
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays, e.g., Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Day.
Expedited Shipping Processing Times
If you select expedited or overnight shipping for your order, the order will typically ship out the same day if placed before 12:00PM PT, Monday - Friday. All orders placed after that time or on weekends, may be processed on the next business day. Note that orders place during high-order volume periods may experience a delay in overall processing times.
To ensure the safety of our employees and partners, we have implemented additional safety measures at our fulfillment centers, such as limiting the number of people working at any given time, practicing social distancing, overnight facility sanitization and use of protective equipment. For these reasons, orders may experience delays. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding. We want you to love your Kristin Ess purchase, so if you are not totally satisfied, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of your purchase, and we will provide an RMA number and mailing information to get your return started.
We will gladly assist you with processing a full refund for your returned products within 30 days of your original purchase date made on kristinesshair.com. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
