When you sign up for a subscription, any product you choose to subscribe to will be automatically billed and shipped to you as frequently as you would like. You can sign up to receive your products either every month, two months, or three months and shipping is always free!
HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR A SUBSCRIPTION?
Simply go to the product page for any of the products you would like to subscribe to and click the option for a subscription before you add to cart. You can add as many subscription items to your cart as you want!
HOW DO I MAKE CHANGES TO MY SUBSCRIPTION?
You can always cancel, change the frequency of your shipments or update your product preference whenever you like! You will need to be sure you have created an account online at kristinesshair.com. Once you have an account, you'll have easy access to managing your subscriptions.
HOW DO I MAKE AN ACCOUNT?
You can always make an account on our website! Just head over tohttps://www.kristinesshair.com/account/registerand sign up using the email that you placed the subscription with.
WHEN WILL MY SUBSCRIPTION BE DELIVERED?
You will receive an email notification 5 days prior to your subscription order being processed. Once your subscription order is processed, you will receive an order confirmation followed by tracking information once it ships.
WHAT IF MY ADDRESS CHANGED?
No problem! You can always update your address through your account with us. Be sure you have created an account online at kristinesshair.com. Once you have an account, you'll be able to update your information.
IS THERE A CUT OFF DATE FOR IF I NEED TO CANCEL OR MAKE ANY CHANGES TO MY SUBSCRIPTIONS?
All changes or cancellations to subscriptions must be made before your subscription order is processed. You can check the date your order will be processed through your account or on the email notification you receive 5 days before your order is processed.
